With 15 years of training and 5 years of working in the field of relationship coaching I’ve learned that the most important thing about great sex isn’t JUST about talking or technique. It’s presence and authenticity.

the experience
We begin our couples journey with a Discovery Call, followed by a soul-deep intake form that each of you completes to gain clarity on the good, better, best results you desire to see from our time together.
We then have a coaching session to uncover your desires and create a vision of where you’re heading as a couple. At the end of this experience alone, you’ll have powerful clarity about your shared desires and the exact steps we’ll be taking over the next 6 months to radically transform your Eros.

Once the vision is clear on where you’re heading we’ll uproot old patterns and habits that keep you feeling stuck. This makes space for us to form new behaviors, habits and ways of being together that bring more nourishment, vitality and connection to your couple.
Each session you’ll walk away with a focus and an assignment that helps you create the change you’ve longed for. You’ll notice your couple beginning to blossom with more pleasure, presence, and intimacy.
Our container closes by making sure you have sustainable practices in place to tend to the new garden of your relationship.
What's included?
Complimentary Discovery Call
If you'd like to work together, the next step is to have an hour-long discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you to determine if we are a good fit. We’ll explore your desires and what’s standing in the way of creating the sex life you long for. These calls are often tremendously healing and insightful.
12 Virtual or in person coaching sessions
Each personalized session will focus on your vision and your core desires as a couple. We work at the pace of the slowest nervous system, creating safety and transformation in a sustainable way. We'll move through obstacles together and help you reconnect to your passion, play & love.
In person sessions are held in West Asheville, NC.
Transformational Practices
At the end of each session you'll have home play assignments, podcasts, documentaries & book recommendations personalized to you to help you create the lasting change you desire.

The Logistics
This is a 6 month journey. Sessions are every other week for 60 minutes. This experience can be paid in full for $5K or in monthly installments of $850.

FAQ'S
Our marriage is virtually sexless at this point. I feel hopeless. Should we even try?
Absolutely. It's totally possible to bring passion, touch and intimacy back. Just remember that to do it sustainably it won't be an overnight transformation. It'll take time.
What if we can't make a scheduled session with you?
I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule. Otherwise it counts as a completed session.
What kind of transformation can we realistically anticipate?
I've seen pretty big arcs in my clients. Moving from sex that's painful and performative to sex that's mutually delicious for both partners. People who started scared to even speak their fantasies out loud who shifted to not just sharing their fantasies but fulfilling them in creative ways with their partner. A lot depends on the amount of time, energy and attention you and your partner place on this journey.
