What does this actually look like?
We begin by creating a clear map of our journey together based on your desires and goals. Coaching with me is different from therapy. We'll be doing embodied practices.These practices regulate your nervous system gently and effectively. By working with the resistance of your primal brain, we create the safety it needs for you to have what you desire. Befriending your body and releasing old patterns allows you to show up in the world authentically you.
Sustainable transformation takes place slowly over time.
When we push ourselves beyond what the container of our being is able to process we can’t metabolize the change. Our body rejects it and returns to the status quo. Together we'll slowly and carefully create opportunities for you to stretch and grow into your next level of authenticity, inner-trust and expression.

What's Included?
Complimentary Discovery Call
If you're curious about working together, the next step is to have an hour long discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you. We will explore your desires and what is standing in the way of you getting what you want. You can ask me anything. It's a space for you to gain more clarity on what change you are ready to create in your life. These calls are often tremendously healing and insightful.
12 Virtual or in person coaching sessions
Each personalized session will focus on your core desire in the realm of sex, love or relationships. We'll address blockages, and rewire both your brain and body to feel more pleasure and reconnect you to your erotic fire. You'll be a different person... more YOU at the end of this process. In person sessions are held in West Asheville, NC.
Transformational Practices
At the end of each session you'll have home play assignments, podcasts, book recommendations personalized to you to help you create the lasting change you desire.

The logistics
This is a 6 month journey. Sessions are every other week for 60 minutes. This experience can be paid in full for $4,200 or in monthly installments of $700.
